Mission Statement

To provide high-quality, structured, and drug-free residential environments that empower individuals in transition to achieve long-term sobriety and successful community reintegration through accountability, peer support, and resource connection.

Vision Statement

To become a leading provider of supportive housing in the Silicon Valley region, recognized for reducing relapse and recidivism while fostering a community where every individual has the foundation to lead a productive, independent life.

Clients We Serve

We serve adults in early recovery and justice-involved individuals who need stable, structured housing while they rebuild employment, relationships, and independent living skills. Our model also supports residents transitioning from treatment, incarceration, or homelessness into a sober, accountable living environment.

Core Values

  • Accountability: drug- and alcohol-free living, random testing, and clear incident response.
  • Structure: curfews, chores, house meetings, and respectful visitor policies.
  • Peer Support: a recovery- oriented community that encourages positive momentum and shared responsibility.
  • Safety: a sober, structured environment designed to support stability and trust.
  • Resource Connection: linkage to external supports that help residents move toward independence.

Our Story

Higher Bound Living LLC was born from the experience of seeing a real gap in the housing market. In property management, it became clear that many people starting over with limited means, or trying to recover after a setback, had very few stable options. The same challenge is felt by young adults who are forced to stay with parents longer than planned because of affordability, as well as people coming out of treatment, incarceration, or homelessness who need a structured place to rebuild.

Our work also reflects the needs identified in our business plan: adults in early recovery, justice-involved individuals, transition-aged youth, and others who benefit from sober, accountable, and supportive transitional housing. In a small but meaningful way, Higher Bound Living does its part by providing a place where residents can regain stability, restore confidence, and take the next step toward independence.
